Palta Reina rellena con atún/ Queen avocado stuffed with tuna



Ingredientes

4 paltas
1 o 2 tarros o botes de atún (300 grs.)
1/2 cebolla picada fina
Mayonesa
jugo de limón
sal y pimienta
lechuga picada
pimiento rojo
pedazos de aceitunas para decorar

Preparación

Cortar los aguacates o paltas a lo largo y sacarles la semilla.
Aliñar con limón y sal.
Reservar

En un bowl mezclar la cebolla picada, el atún, y mayonesa. Hasta hacer una pasta. agregarle jugo de limón.

Rellenar las paltas con esta mezcla de atún.
Decorar con mayonesa, trozos de pimentón rojo o pedazos de aceitunas negras.
Servir en cada plato sobre la lechuga picada y aliñada.

Queen avocado stuffed with tuna

I think this is other amazing and nice recipe of our country. We love alot avocado (palta), in all forms a like salads, entrees or with toasted bread (mashed aguacate with bread) or hot dogs with mashed aguacate, or with seafood, and these are some I can remember.
Anyay you know the the beneficial effects of the aguacate and is delicious taste.

Ingredients

4 avocados
1 tuna tin (about 300 grs.)
Mayonnaise
lemon juice
salt and pepper
1/ 2 chopped onion
chopped lettuce
red pepper
some black olives

Preparation

Peel the avocados and cut them in half, lengthwise, removing the avocado seed. . Add salt and lemon inside.

Prepare a paste with chopped onion, tuna and mixed with mayonnaise.Add some lemon juice.
Fill the avocado with this mixture and cover with mayonnaise, and decorate with slices of red pepper or basil leaves or sliced black olives.

Place each stuffed avocado on lettuce leaves.
